The charge for one
Training and Behavior Modification Form Submission
is $30.00. This includes the submission of this
form with a short follow up if further explanation
is required by Kyleewood Kennels. It also includes
three sessions after submission and if needed a phone
session. Now you can receive help with your canine
problems at any time of the day or night when it is
convenient to you. We can assure you that we will
do our best to help you solve your training issue or
behavior problem.
To
help us understand and address your specific dog
problem, please fill out the following information and
follow up with one question or behavior problem you
would like to correct. You will have three
separate sessions to be instructed in solving your dog's
problem. The three question and answer session begin
AFTER
submission of this form. If after three Q and A
sessions you are in need of help, if agreeable to you, I
will phone you to assure you understand the instruction
you have received. To purchase your training and
behavior modification sessions, use the "BUY NOW"
button above. After purchasing your sessions
complete the form below. Use the SUBMIT
button located at the bottom of the page to send
your completed form to Kyleewood Kennels and begin to
