Private home training. 

Kyleewood Kennels  offers in home training for dog owners wishing to correct undesireable behaviors they are experiencing with their dogs.  I work with the entire family to help solve their dog issues to everyone's satisfaction.   This training is tailored to each dog owners' individual needs and desires.  Ask about our parenting class to prepare you and your dog or cat for the new baby's arrival.  I tutor parents in preparing their dog or cat for the arrival of the new baby girl or boy.  Contact me for more information (Theresa).  You can find more information on our training page.

ON LINE TRAINING AND BEHAVIOR COUNSELING
Our On Line Training and Behavior Counseling is a charge service. The service is set up to help the canine owner that doesn't have the time for long hours of training classes during regular hours or for the owner who feels they only need to address a certain problem. Now you can get answers to your questions regardless of the time of day or night! There is a small fee of $30.00 for this service. It includes three sessions via email after the initial question and answer form (Training And Behavior Modification Form) is filled out and sent to us.

Breeding:
Since 1980, we've been breeding Beagles that conform to the AKC standard of the breed which have a more trainable temperament and are great for companionship. Here at Kyleewood, we believe the Beagle is the ultimate dog and best friend! Kyleewood sells Beagles as pets and companions. On rare occasions, a puppy will be sold as a show prospect but with contracts and stipulations that will assure the puppy has the best possible home as a pet first.

Because we have been striving to breed the best Beagle we can for over twenty five years now, we usually know the color possibilities and sizes our sires and dams can produce. This gives our prospective buyers better insight into what they can expect from upcoming litters. We know our pups always have great, loving temperaments!

Our Beagles are NOT sold for breeding purposes. Pet puppies are sold with spay neuter contracts and repossession clauses. The puppies welfare is always first. Pups are NOT sold for hunting purposes. Our Beagles are pets, not hunting dogs.

Puppies go to their new homes with a health guarantee, two sets of shots, a veterinary exam, wormed and when possible tattoos to help protect them if lost. Pups are born in the house, very well socialized and used to being handled by people. Help with advise and training is included with the sale of each puppy.

Occasionally, Kyleewood will ship a puppy to a pre-approved buyer. All costs incurred in shipping must be prepaid by the buyer. Kyleewood will only ship by air with a maximum flying time (one way) of 2.5 hours and special handling approved by us.


Stud Services:
Kyleewood has males available for stud to approved females.

Dog Adoption:
Occasionally, Kyleewood Kennels has dogs available for adoption. Our main concern is that we find a loving and permanent inside home for these dogs. All rescues must leave spayed or neutered and this cost must be covered by the adopter/s. Other than medical fees, we do not charge for adoptions. Any dogs adopted must be returned to us if the adoption family cannot or chooses not to keep the dog.
