The dogs listed below are located at the Mahoning County Dog Pound. (info above) Won't you find it in your heart to help one of these dogs?! When you adopt a dog or puppy from the Mahoning County Dog Pound, it will cost $110 total. In most cases you cannot take the animal home the same day that you adopt it. First you pay us $50 (sorry, we don't take credit cards) and that covers the de-worming, first shot, and the license. Then we take the dog to be spayed or neutered at the veterinarians (usually the next day). The veterinarian also gives the dog its rabies shot. When you pick it up there you pay $60 and that's it! $110 for a fully vetted new family member!
